New Software Coming for UVOST, TarGOST Clients
Coming this September, we'll be releasing new log management software for our UVOST and TarGOST LIF clients. For the first time ever, end-consumers (consultants and regulators) will also be able to view, manipulate and manage LIF site data on their own. This ability will help them take further advantage of the wealth of information that only Dakota's LIF technologies can provide. The
OST software is currently undergoing the final stages of development and testing. When finished, it will be available in two versions with different levels of functionality based on client needs.
Lite: The Lite version includes basic viewing and printing functions. Clients will be able to view logs and create .jpeg images for site characterization.
Pro: The Pro version offers many more features, in addition to those included in the Lite version. Here are some of the most important capabilities:
- file browsing tab
- customizable printing options
- pdf output (including multipage page)
- butterfly plots (of duplicate/sister logs)
- scaling by elevation and depth
- GPS import
- FTP upload
- custom legends
- lifetime fitting
- depth interval averaging
- background (baseline) correction
